Information about financing

Participation in the Fraunhofer network is free of charge. If Fraunhofer Venture successfully places you in a spin-off, you will enter into a temporary employment contract with the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft. This contract may include the option to take on (part of) general management of the spin-off project after expiration of the contract. Another possibility is payment based on a consultancy contract with the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft. The consultancy contract is a temporary contract defining maximum daily rates and/or monthly lump sums and may also include the option to take on (part of) general management of the spin-off project after expiration of the contract. The amounts payable are defined individually.

Prerequisites

  • Degree as Diplom-Kaufmann, Diplom-Wirtschaftsinformatiker, Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur, or Master of Business Administration
  • At least 5 years of professional experience
  • Interest in technology topics
